My apologies as my promised "new year" article is becoming a "mid-year" article...as I'm going to be in Japan until June 1. I will return from my trip with a good article about my trip to the "Holy Grail" to which I refer!
I am an art enthusiast and independent scholar who designs and leads tours for groups and individuals, including for museum benefactors, art collectors, and cultural organizations. My clients for whom I have planned and led trips include the Art Institute of Chicago, Tate Museum, Cleveland Museum of Art, Solomon R. I have served as study leader under auspices of Esprit Travel for Honolulu Academy of Art, Smithsonian Institution, Asian Art Museum of San Francisco (Jade Circle), San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Oakland Museum of Art, New Symphony of West Lake Village, The Craft Alliance, and Case Western Reserve University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian studies and Japanese, a Master's in Psychology and post-graduate training in Japanese art history, Western art history and contemporary art.
